Sometimes issues can seem to aggravate after the first session, as new layers from beneath the surface pop up.
But rest assured the beliefs healed during a session are permanent and its effects lifelong.
You can keep on seeing the changes months and years after a session, as every session is extremely powerful in itself.
Sometimes the results aren't evident instantly. But you can notice changes within a week or two. Minimum one week of gap is recommended between the first and the second session and a gap of two weeks between the next ones, after that.
